
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
All payments must be made in US Dollars.

​Please allow up to 24 hours for an invoice to be sent to your email after completing your booking. Your reservation will be held for 72 hours after the invoice is sent to allow for payment. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be canceled.

Once the Guest’s booking is confirmed, the price of the Guest’s reservation is fully guaranteed, even if the Owner changes the price on its website after the Guest’s booking has been confirmed.
Any cancelation can be made free of charge 30 days before arrival (excepting the transaction fees).

If a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of the total rental amount will be forfeited and 75% of the total rental amount will be returned to the payer .

If a cancellation is made less than 10 days prior to arrival the Owner will void the Guest’s booking and retain the full amount.

If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to the Owner via e-mail. All cancellation notices received will be acknowledged in writing.

Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:

Cancellation of one or more days of a booking

A change in the dates booked.

Failure of all Guests to provide the required suitable identifications documentation on arrival (eg. Passports)

Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to breach the Terms and Conditions herein.
